We are seeking a talented and motivated School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in improving the lives of students with behavioral and developmental disabilities by designing and implementing behavior plans that support their academic, social, and emotional success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior strategies in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
  • Train and coach teachers and staff in the implementation of behavior strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior goals.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral disabilities in a school or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavior strategies and data collection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
