School Mental Health Professional | Kansas City, MO area

Soliant is currently assisting a school district in the Kansas City, Missouri area in their search for a full-time mental health professional. Qualified disciplines include Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and School/Clinical Psychologists. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about providing mental health services to students in grades K-12.
As a mental health professional, you will be responsible for analyzing testing data, collaborating with teachers in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans, providing counseling and crisis intervention, collaborating with other school staff and families, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. You will also be expected to follow the ethical and professional standards of your respective discipline. Candidates with experience in trauma informed practices are encouraged to apply.
To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A master’s degree or higher in social work, behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• An active certification or license in your discipline from the state of Missouri or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least one year of experience working as a mental health professional in a school setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to student success.
