ProCare Therapy, a leader in educational staffing and therapy services, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a fulfilling contract position in Wilmington, DE. Job Description:
As a School Psychologist with ProCare Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the diverse needs of students. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, collaborating with educators and parents, and providing interventions to support students' success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of concern.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies.
- Provide counseling and support services to students individually or in small groups.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Delaware.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
