School Psychologist Opportunity in Buffalo, WY
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join a supportive educational team in Buffalo, Wyoming. This is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit community and make a significant impact on students’ mental and emotional well-being.
Position Details
- Location: Buffalo, WY
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Caseload: K-12 students
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments for students to support educational planning
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and interventions
- Offer counseling and crisis intervention services to students and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs
- Assist in developing strategies to promote positive school culture and student mental health
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology or related field
- State Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Wyoming
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $40+ per hour (based on experience)
