Job Title: School Psychologist
Location: Flagstaff, AZ and Surrounding Areas

Are you a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on students' mental health and academic success? Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide a range of psychological services to students, including assessments, counseling, and consultation, to support their social-emotional well-being and educational development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support strategies
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing a variety of social-emotional and behavioral concerns
• Support the development and implementation of positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs) and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on students' academic and behavioral progress
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the implementation of behavior management strategies
• Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and parents on effective strategies for supporting students' social-emotional well-being

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Active Arizona School Psychologist certification or eligibility
• Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
• Excellent counseling and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff
