Job Description:

As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students. Your expertise in psychological assessment, intervention, and counseling will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals, you will help identify and address barriers to learning, promoting student success and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and behavior support strategies.
• Provide counseling and support services to students, promoting positive mental health and well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to address students' academic and emotional needs.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on student progress and goals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to support student success.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid California state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working in a school setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
