Position Overview: As a School Psychologist with Blazer Jobs, you will play a crucial role in supporting the psychological and emotional well-being of students within the school district. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' academic and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies for student success.
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students experiencing social or emotional challenges.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology.
- Arizona state licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Strong understanding of educational laws and regulations related to student services.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
