School Psychologist Needed in McDonough, GA

Position: School Psychologist 

Job Type: Full-time, 2023-24 school year

Caseload: K-12, multiple locations

Responsibilities:

• Assist with initial and re-evaluation referrals for students
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional well-being
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students
• Develop and implement individualized plans for students with special needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' educational plans

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
