Caseload: K-12 (Mostly Elementary and Exceptional Children - may float to Middle/High School)
Job Description: ProCare Therapy is actively seeking two dedicated School Psychologists to join our team in DeKalb, IL. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive psychological services to students, primarily in elementary and exceptional children programs, with the possibility of floating to middle and high school as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Developing and implementing interventions to address student needs.
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention services as necessary.
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology.
- Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- PEL
- Strong assessment and intervention skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
