School Psychologist - Full-Time Position in Cincinnati, OH

Blazerworks, in partnership with a local school, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' intellectual, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide counseling and support to students facing academic, social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address students' needs and promote their mental well-being.
• Support crisis intervention and management efforts within the school community.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and make appropriate recommendations.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of school psychology.

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
