School Psychologist Position open for 23/24 SY in Dawsonville, GA
BlazerWorks is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to join our team. The School Psychologist will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote a positive learning environment for all students. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with a diverse population of students.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Psychology
- Active or eligible for Georgia School Psychology Certification
- Knowledge of IDEA, Georgia special education regulations, and assessment tools
- Experience conducting assessments and providing interventions for students with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments, interpreting results, and writing reports
- Providing direct and indirect services to students
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Collaborating with school staff and families to promote positive outcomes for all students
- Supporting school-wide initiatives and programs
