Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' intellectual, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions.
• Support the implementation of positive behavior support strategies and assist with the development of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide counseling and guidance to students dealing with social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' well-being and academic success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist in Tennessee.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
