Description: Are you a dedicated School Psychologist seeking an exciting opportunity in a diverse and dynamic school environment? We are currently hiring a Full-Time School Psychologist in San Jose, CA, to work with a high school caseload. This is an on-site position at a bustling school with 1800 students, including various programs such as SAI, Mod/Sev, and Therapeutic. While the primary focus is on assessment, there is also a small caseload of counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and support services to address the social and emotional well-being of students.
• Work with a diverse range of students with varying needs, including those in special education programs.
• Participate in a busy and dynamic school community dedicated to student success.

Requirements:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of California.
• Previous experience in conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• A commitment to supporting the educational and emotional growth of high school students.
