Now Hiring: School Psychologist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Denton, TX Area
Blazer Jobs is currently conducting interviews for experienced School Psychologists for full-time or part-time roles with partner school districts in the Denton, TX area. This position is available for the current school year, with renewal opportunities for the following year based on performance.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
-
Valid Texas licensure or certification as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)
-
Completion of a supervised internship or practicum in a school setting
-
Compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards and background clearance
-
Experience in educational settings strongly preferred
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
-
Interpret assessment data to assist in the development of IEPs and intervention strategies
-
Provide direct counseling and mental health services to students
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student success
-
Participate in multi-disciplinary teams for eligibility, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
-
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
