Seeking Bilingual School Psychologist | Current School Year | South Bend, IN
We are working with a wonderful school district in the South Bend area who is looking for a School Psychologist! Their district-wide School Psychologist recently resigned, and they need an outstanding candidate who is great with children. New graduates and school psychology interns are welcome to apply as well - pay will be based on experience level. The district is looking to interview qualified candidates immediately!
Position Details:
- Full-Time Hours (37.5 hours)
- K-12 Caseload
- Educational Evaluations, Interventions and Referrals
- Screen students for potential psychological issues and make recommendations for treatment plans based on this screening
- Network with teachers and families to create 504 plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that help ensure success for kids who have disabilities
- Counsel students and parents while pointing them toward further resources when needed
- Collaborate with the special education team to design and implement intervention strategies and programs
- Fully Licensed as a School Psychologist in IN
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish preferred
- Professional Development experience wanted but not necessary
- Preference for in-person, but we will accept candidates who can only work remotely
- Teletherapy candidates must have at least 2+ years of school based experience + pass a short tech-screening
