Speech Language Pathologist | Elizabeth, New Jersey

Soliant Education is looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based contract position in Elizabeth, New Jersey. This is a full-time position working with a K-12 caseload covering a maternity leave.

To be considered for this position, you must be a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey. More details provided below:
 

• Start Date: April 28, 2023
• End Date: June 23, 2023
• Days per Week: 5
• Hours per Week: 37.5
• Caseload: K-12

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
• Active California SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s)
• Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate an Environment for Students to Communicate Wants, Needs, Thought, or Concerns
• Foster Means of Communication such as Oral Speech Production, Sign Language, and Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC)
• Handling Speech and Language Issues such as Difficulties with Rhythm and Fluency or Being Unable to Speak
• Provide Indirect and Direct Services to Students
• Participate in IEP Meetings
