Job Title: Digital School Psychologist Location: Nevada, USA Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital School Psychologist to join our team in Nevada. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide remote support and guidance to K-12 students who require psychological services. As a Digital School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing students' needs, developing intervention strategies, and fostering their academic and emotional well-being, all while working remotely.

Job Details:

  • Position: Digital School Psychologist
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Location: Remote (Nevada-based)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular school hours

Responsibilities: As a Digital School Psychologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting remote assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and potential learning or emotional difficulties.
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support plans.
  • Providing virtual counseling and interventions to students to address their social-emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Participating in virtual meetings and consultations with school teams to discuss student progress and provide recommendations.
  • Monitoring students' academic and emotional progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to support students' mental health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Nevada School Psychologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a digital or remote setting.
  • Proficiency in conducting remote assessments and utilizing evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and the development of IEPs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members, parents, and students.
  • Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technological tools for remote work.
