Job Title: School Psychologist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop effective intervention plans and support strategies.
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students' emotional and behavioral needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Offer consultation and guidance to teachers and parents on creating positive learning environments and managing challenging behaviors.
- Support crisis intervention and response efforts as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide programs and initiatives.
- Stay current with research and trends in the field of school psychology.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state licensure and certification as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts.
- Experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports.
