Digital School Psychologist (K-12)
Job Description:
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and qualified Digital School Psychologist to join our team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of K-12 students. In this 1099 remote position, you will have the opportunity to provide essential psychological services to students with mild to moderate diagnoses in a digital learning environment. As a Digital School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' eligibility for special education services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide virtual counseling and intervention services to students who require emotional and behavioral support.
- Monitor and track student progress, making recommendations for adjustments to support plans as needed.
- Offer guidance and support to educators on creating inclusive classroom environments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to inform educational decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all assessments, interventions, and interactions.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in school psychology.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- State licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses.
- Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Knowledge of Special Education laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work.
