Virtual or Onsite School Psychologist Needed – Sacramento, CA
Sunbelt is working with an inclusive school district in the Sacramento, CA area that is looking to hire a Full-time Virtual School Psychologist. This school is looking for someone to help facilitate evaluations and assessments with their students. This position is for the full year and will start at the beginning of the 2023 – 2024 school year.

Job Requirements:

• Must have CA School Psychologist license.
• Must have CA PPS Credential
• Master’s degree in Psychology required.
• Previous school experience preferred but not required.
• Must have outstanding communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Must be comfortable working with kids that come from urban areas.
• Must be comfortable conducting assessments virtually.

Job Details:

• Full-time 40hrs/wk, Onsite
• Conduct psychological assessments and tests for the purpose of recommending courses of action or corrective procedures to maximize learning and overcome psychological issues.
• Assist with identifying and placing students with various disabilities and needs.
• Attend IEP meetings.
• Full-range needs, K - 12
• Standard school psychologist duties
• Additional caseload details will be discussed in an interview and specific caseload will depend on experience.
