Job Details:
- Position: Virtual School Psychologist
- Location: North Dakota (Virtual/Remote)
- Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual psychological assessments to evaluate students' smarts, academic progress, and emotional state.
- Team up with educators, parents, and other pros through virtual platforms to create personalized education plans (IEPs) and smart intervention strategies.
- Offer virtual counseling and guidance to students who may be facing some tough emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Provide virtual support and resources to teachers and parents, helping to make remote learning a breeze.
- Jump into virtual meetings with a rockstar multidisciplinary team to discuss student progress and dish out valuable recommendations.
- Stay on top of the latest research and cool new techniques in school psychology, especially in the virtual realm.
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid School Psychologist license or certification in North Dakota.
- Experience in rockin' virtual psychological assessments and interpreting assessment results.
- Skills in creating and implementing virtual intervention strategies.
- Know-how of special education laws, regulations, and IEP development.
- Excellent virtual communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and also be a kickass virtual team player.
