School Psychologist - Anderson, Indiana

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active state license as a School Psychologist
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative teamwork
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in school settings is preferred but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and develop recommendations tailored to student needs
- Participate in developing IEPs and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to implement supports
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation for students
- Advocate for students’ mental health and educational success
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation according to existing protocols and regulations
This position provides premium pay, with rates between $42.36 and $52.87 per hour based on district and experience.
