Two openings are available for experienced School Psychologists to cover both a part-time assignment and a maternity leave, each offering unique schedules and responsibilities tailored to your expertise and availability.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credentials and state-required licensure
- Proven, recent experience in a school-based setting
- Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
- Reliable transportation to the site
- Successful completion of all agency onboarding and district background checks
- Positive track record if credentialed or placed previously
- Flexibility to work within assigned school schedules and meet assignment lengths
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret results
- Work directly with students to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Engage with staff and families for development of effective interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Contribute to Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and IEP teams
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold ethical guidelines
Available Positions:
- Part-time: 0.4 FTE (approx. 16 hours/week), Monday-Thursday, 7:30AM-3:30PM, starting September 8, 2026 through June 10, 2027.
- Maternity Leave: Full-time (40 hours/week, flexible), covering up to 12 weeks, beginning October 5 (no work required during winter break).
