What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students, including assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Strong knowledge of best practices in school psychology, including MTSS/RTI
- Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Basic understanding of IEP and Section 504 processes
- Adaptability to serve diverse student populations
- Organizational skills for case management and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized interventions for academic, social, and behavioral concerns
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on eligibility and recommendations
- Maintain consistent progress monitoring and documentation for each student
- Promote positive school climate and safe learning environments
- Offer crisis intervention as needed
