Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Conduct formal assessments to identify strengths and areas of concern among students, preparing detailed evaluation reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding interventions, supports, and recommendations for student success
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, crisis intervention, and prevention programs as needed
