Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist (state requirements must be met)
- Previous experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and related services in a K-12 school environment
- Strong expertise in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests and educational assessments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- Ability to consult effectively with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding academic and behavioral interventions
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for students as part of the assessment team
- Develop and present clear, actionable reports outlining evaluation results and recommended interventions
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to implement behavior management strategies and academic accommodations
- Participate in eligibility meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, and student support teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet both district and compliance standards
- Serve as a resource for social, emotional, and behavioral support within the school setting
