Available assignments include:

Early Childhood School Psychologist (0.6 FTE/3 days per week): Focus on screening and evaluating children ages 3-5 as they transition from early intervention and address requests for preschoolers across three preschools in Winnetka. Communication with new-to-special-education families, general education partners, and special ed teams is key. Attendance at IEP meetings and strong knowledge of early childhood special education mandates are essential.

School Psychologist (Grades K-4, 1.0 FTE/5 days per week): Responsible for comprehensive evaluations, leading Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) data team meetings, IEP facilitation (initial and re-evaluation), and supporting a collaborative problem-solving process. Clear communication with families and a sound understanding of special education law are required.
Qualifications:
- Must hold current Illinois state licensure as a school psychologist
- Demonstrated commitment to clear, compassionate communication
- Experience with IEP facilitation and special education law required
- Flexibility to travel to various school sites for the early childhood role
- Prior experience conducting functional behavioral assessments preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct re-evaluations, eligibility meetings, and initial evaluations

- Attend and lead IEP meetings as assigned
