Make a difference supporting students from early childhood through 8th grade as a school psychologist in a contract role located near Buffalo Grove, IL. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic caseload, alternating between two locations and contributing to the well-being and development of students at varying grade levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist credentials (IL PSYCH Creds)
- Experience with ECAT evaluations preferred
- Prior work supporting early childhood–middle school students beneficial
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ECAT evaluations and participate in meetings as needed
- Alternate responsibilities between two sites, one focusing on ECAT evaluations and the other providing traditional school psychologist services
- Support a diverse caseload; number of students will vary
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to assess, consult, and support student growth and well-being
- Develop and implement intervention plans aligned with student needs
- Maintain accurate records, produce written reports, and comply with all relevant state and federal guidelines
