Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active School Psychologist license required
- Recent experience working in a school setting
- Strong pediatric background preferred
- Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students
- Design, implement, and monitor interventions and crisis management strategies
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to recommend best practices
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop and review IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide one-on-one and small group counseling as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely student records in compliance with all regulatory requirements
