Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and direct support to students, individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to address student needs
- Engage in crisis intervention and behavioral support as required
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student growth and success
