Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon School Psychologist license (required)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Expertise in direct therapy, psychological evaluations/assessments, and IEP processes
- Ability to work effectively with K-12 students across a range of abilities and disabilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable adapting to new environments and working across multiple campuses
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students as indicated in their IEPs
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments and evaluations
- Support the development, implementation, and review of IEPs in collaboration with school teams
- Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and track progress
- Serve as a resource for school personnel and families regarding student needs
