What You'll Need:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligible state credential
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related area

- Familiarity with conducting assessments, counseling, and developing IEPs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with team members and families
- Understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), RTI, and behavioral interventions
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and work independently as well as collaboratively
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students across varying grade levels
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, providing insights on student progress and recommendations
- Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior plans and evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines
