What We’re Looking For:
- Professional Special Services License through the Colorado Department of Education (or eligibility/application in process for travelers)
- Proven experience as a School Psychologist, ideally in elementary settings
- Ability to advocate for students’ diverse needs and support positive educational outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the knack for engaging both students and staff
- Detail-oriented in assessments, documentation, and service coordination
- Energetic and upbeat demeanor, with a collaborative mindset
- Capable of describing your practice and skills confidently during a two-step interview process
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychological assessments and share findings with educational teams
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to develop individualized education plans
- Deliver counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultative support
- Help foster safe, inclusive learning environments on both campuses
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with regulations
- Effectively manage a caseload of approximately 40 students
