Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' school-based experience required
- Master’s, Specialist’s, or Doctorate in School Psychology
- Active CDE Special Service Provider License (School Psychology endorsement)
- Strong assessment, communication, and technology skills
- Background check and fingerprinting required
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling for special education students based on IEPs
- Develop and document interventions for academic, social/emotional, and behavioral support
- Conduct suicide risk and threat assessments; participate in crisis response and safety planning
- Complete cognitive, behavioral, and adaptive skills assessments; write evaluation reports
- Consult and collaborate with families, staff, and community partners
- Attend and contribute to IEP, special education, and behavioral health meetings
- Offer psychoeducation, consultative support, and professional development to staff
