Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility
- Proven experience in behavioral/counseling settings in schools
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and data-driven decision making
- Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Passion for supporting students with intensive social, emotional, and behavioral needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small-group counseling
- Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
- Complete FBAs and assist with BIPs
- Advise on and support MTSS implementation
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP and Section 504 meetings
- Contribute to crisis response and safety planning
- Develop transition plans for students re-entering their home schools
