Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid School Psychologist credential in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and providing evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments as needed during the coverage period
- Develop and implement individualized student support plans
- Participate actively in special education meetings and consult with multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention support
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all state and district policies
- Support a healthy and inclusive learning environment for all students
