This contract opportunity offers a dynamic role serving K-12 students with a primary focus on evaluations, testing, and counseling across multiple school locations.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina School Psychology License required
- Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and standardized testing
- Strong background in counseling students individually and in groups
- Familiarity with developing and implementing behavioral and academic interventions
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites
Your Role Will Include:
- Performing comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
- Providing direct counseling support and consultation services
- Collaborating with educational teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assisting in creating positive school climates and supporting student mental health needs
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
- Serving as a resource to staff and families regarding student learning and behavioral needs
This is a full-time, onsite contract assignment, scheduled for 37.5 hours per week from July 29, 2026, through May 27, 2027. You’ll be an essential partner in fostering student well-being and academic success within a supportive school community.
