Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Current or eligibility for NM RLD (Regulation & Licensing Department) License
- Prior experience in a school-based setting with elementary and/or secondary students preferred
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and consultation skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and data-driven practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to support student success
- Participate in crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
