Professionally, you’ll work in two schools, exposing you to a range of school cultures and leadership styles. Expand your expertise as you develop new strategies on multidisciplinary teams, collaborate closely with educators, and impact students from elementary through middle school. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:10 a.m.–3:10 p.m., creating a predictable schedule that supports work-life balance.
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Illinois
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and IEP development
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as School Psychologist at Lincoln Middle School (123 students with IEPs) and Havlicek Elementary School (102 students with IEPs)
- Perform assessments, participate in eligibility determination, and support IEP processes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral interventions as needed
