Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a School Psychologist
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt interventions and supports to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess student learning and behavioral needs
- Provide direct and indirect support to students through counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building sessions
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective intervention plans
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support student progress
- Promote a positive, inclusive school climate and support social-emotional learning initiatives
