Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification in Massachusetts
- Experience or desire to work with elementary-aged students
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and social-emotional support as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions for maximum impact
- Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
