Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field required
- Active Nevada School Psychologist license
- Experience providing psychological services in elementary, middle, and high school environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of MTSS, IEPs, and behavioral intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform student support strategies
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to design interventions that address academic and behavioral needs
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students
- Consult with families to support students’ development and well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal and ethical standards for school psychologists
