Skills and Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure in School Psychology for the state of Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain

- Solid understanding of crisis management techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meeting facilitation
- Experience conducting educational and psychological evaluations
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and community agencies
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive school psychological services to an elementary caseload
- Respond promptly to student crises and develop effective interventions with the school team
- Coordinate and facilitate PPT meetings, ensuring compliance with special education guidelines
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and share findings to inform educational planning
- Provide consultation and collaboration on behavioral, social, and academic concerns
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to foster student well-being and positive learning environments
