Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ cognitive, academic, and social/emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized plans
- Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
- Support staff with strategies for classroom management and fostering positive learning environments
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and attend IEP meetings as required
- Adhere to district guidelines and federal/state regulations regarding student services
