Qualifications and Experience:
- Required: MA School Psychologist license
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong ability to conduct psychological assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver counseling services
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in school-based settings a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive psychological evaluations for students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other staff to create intervention strategies
- Provide individual and group counseling as needed
- Support implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
- Consult and participate in multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
- Maintain thorough records and reports in compliance with state and school guidelines
