- Valid certification or state license as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in an educational setting strongly preferred
- Proficient in conducting evaluations, interpreting data, and supporting diverse student needs
- Familiar with the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitivity to student and family needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility decisions
- Provide direct services including counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective interventions
- Offer consultation and professional development to staff regarding student behavior, mental health, and learning differences
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all services provided
