Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience supporting K-12 students in an educational setting
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing interventions, and providing counseling services
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other professionals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
What You’ll Do:
- Perform psychoeducational assessments for students across the county
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Consult with educators and families to promote student success and well-being
- Take part in problem-solving and multidisciplinary meetings
- Support crisis intervention and response efforts as needed
- Travel between schools within the county to serve a range of grade levels
