Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
- Develop and participate in the implementation of intervention plans for academic, social, and behavioral success
- Provide direct counseling and support services to students individually or in small groups
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ mental health and learning needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs and 504 Plans
- Offer consultation and professional development for staff to promote a positive learning environment
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
