You’ll play a key role in shaping students’ academic and emotional development while collaborating with staff and families in a supportive atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential and applicable state licensure required
- Experience working with K-12 populations
- Ability to alternate between in-person and hybrid service models, as needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and facilitating individual or group counseling preferred
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
- Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes
- Split time between two designated school sites, engaging with staff and students both on-site and through hybrid platforms
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
