Qualifications & Experience:
- Credentialed as a School Psychologist, with appropriate licensure/certification
- Relevant experience within educational settings, spanning early childhood through high school preferred
- Familiarity with conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing intervention strategies, and implementing counseling services
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite presence with remote responsibilities
- Collaborative attitude and commitment to educational equity and student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret assessments to support student learning and emotional health
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to develop and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide evidence-based counseling and interventions to students as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to guide educational planning
- Support students through transitions and advocate for their academic and social-emotional needs
